Excellent interaction with every staff encounter. Dr. Caicedo is very personable and took time to effectively communicate his findings and recommendations to us AND our son. Test results, including echocardiogram and ekg, were provided immediately after testing completed. Asked us if we had questions and took time to answer them all and some we didn't think to ask him. We never felt rushed. Highly recommend!
Pleasantly surprised! I didn't know what experience we would have with a pediatric cardiologist. The office is friendly, and put my daughter at ease in the waiting area. The staff is very patient and clearly explains everything. Very impressed with the doctor and his approach to making my child feel better. Highly recommend this team!
