Alabama Cardiology PC

I had to wait 1 hour and 50 minutes to be called back to see doctor. I have a Medical Power of Attorney whom I always call while seeing Physicians. It has never been a problem. Dr Katta would not allow me to call my POA. After the long wait, Dr Katta was extremely rushed and seemed extremely disinterested in seeing me. Scheduled a bunch of tests and rushed me out. I will not be back to see Alabama Cardiology and don't recommend anyone else go see this practice. I asked if this long wait was normal and was told it was the norm. Obviously they don't need additional patients. I would not recommend anyone use this practice

The staff is nice, but it always takes FOREVER in this office. I will say the first time I came, I was told the tech forgot to tell them I was ready for my test, so I waited 3 hours for nothing. When I came back just to get my results, I still waited forever to sit in the room for 10 minutes and hear them. Not a bad place, but don't expect to be anywhere any time soon after your appointment.

So I'm here right now. My appointment was made for 2 o'clock. I was on time. It's 3:04. There is a sign saying...This facility is committed to offering you QUALITY patient care. Lies!

Dr Katta was my husbands dr first and After outstanding service of him Later I chose him as my Dr. The service has been the same for me. He is an outstanding Dr. And the complete personal has been great and have using for over 6 years and hope to continue

They are charging me 250.00 for a missed appointment. It was for an stress test and the claimed that they prefer bought some medicine for the test. I've taken a stress test before and never had to take any medical. Seems kinda shady if you ask me.
