I have repeatedly attempted to have a prior authorization submitted for my Nurtec ODT prescription through my insurance. I have called, sent messages through the patient portal, and even gone to the office in person, yet no action has been taken. Despite multiple requests, my messages and calls have not been returned in a timely manner. I sent a message last week that remains unanswered, with no update, excuse, or acknowledgment. Patients should not have to physically go to the office just to have a prior authorization submitted -- this is a basic responsibility of medical staff. Unfortunately, I no longer feel I can trust this office to meet its professional or medical obligations. The front office staff have been dismissive and, in one instance, a receptionist even accused me of lying when I stated the PA had not been submitted. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and constitutes negligence. Given the repeated failures, lack of communication, and unprofessional conduct, I will be moving forward with filing a malpractice complaint.

very rude and un-welcoming receptionist. Dr Kirby seems to not care about her patients as much as others say she does.. insensitive and rude to both me and my mother and told her she couldn't help her when she needed dire help. Whenever I went, she would stare at me for what felt like hours after every question making me very uncomfortable.. i don't know what it was for, she stares you down and asks another question. Another thing, the first time I went i told her what might've contributed to my mental health and she wasn't empathetic or anything. very unhelpful and like i said insensitive to something that happened to me. Almost like she didn't believe me.. was also very quick to diagnose me and send me out. would not recommend going here.

I called the nurse practitioner Dr. Kirby for my mom to see what she can take and she told me to go to the emergency room. She said if it's hurting that bad go to the ER! We are done with them cause the hospital told us to contact the primary doctor. She really doesn't care. If you got problems at home, leave them at home cause you are dealing with sick people. Might just get a lawyer!!! I would not recommend going here!

When you arrive at the place, the first obstacle you encounter are the receptionists, such unpleasant, arrogant, unethical people, and it is not the only time that has happened, we might think that they had a bad day, but all the time? They turn to look at each other communicating with gestures, but they do have a mouth because they don't say what's bothering them, what a horrible place it is, sometimes you put up with someone being sick the doctor never gave me a thorough checkup, she was in a hurry because We always have to put up with their bad temper and intolerance. How I encourage you to be thankful that you have a job, a profession and have the support for your homes that makes it sad that you cannot enjoy your work.

I am being treated by a nurse practitioner who is not doing her job. Her treatment did not resolve my problem so she told me to go to ER. The ER Dr told me to contact her after he treated me for her to continue my treatment because she is my Primary Care Physician. In 5 days I called 3 times for her help, but she will not call me back even though she said she would. I am very unhappy with my treatment.
