Made an appointment with Dr. Anabela A. Simon-Lee at Brookwood hospital and arrived at the appointment on time. She was too busy to see me so her Husband Dr. Timothy Lee and he performed an ultrasound on my leg that was not needed. He told me he would schedule me for an echocardiogram and stress test. I was never able to get the tests and after leaving multiple messages and emailing them without responses I gave up and went to another doctor with Heart South. Very unprofessional, will not follow up or return messages, and will not go back.
Words can never express how pleased I am with the healthcare I receive whenever I visit Dr. Anabela Simon-Lee. When entering the office I felt welcomed by the pleasant greetings from the staff to the doctor. Dr. Simon-Lee is always professional, personable, patient and concerned about my total wellbeing. She explained my concerns using laymen terms to ensure that I understood her diagnosis. She explained the purpose of each medication before she prescribes any medications. I know that she is in the right place at the right time to teach us the importance of a healthy heart.
This is the BEST enviroment ever. Dr. Simon-Lee is literally an angel on earth. She's caring, personable, faith driven, will go that extra mile, friendly, omg I could go on and on. If you're looking for a place that treats you like family this office is it.
