Patient
This pertains to office staff only as we did not see Dr. Narayan. My mom is a resident of a nursing home in Albertville. She is 92 and has CHF and this was her follow up from being in the hospital a few days in April. Office staff calls me (daughter) Tuesday to tell me mom has appointment Wednesday (the next day of call). Told me someone would need to accompany her to fill out paperwork. I asked if it could be emailed to me and I would have it filled out and with me at the appointment. I received it and filled it out and had with me at appointment. Mom's appointment was at 12:45. I was there and didn't see mom's transport van so I called the office. Staff proceeds to tell me mom was sent back to the facility in Albertville. When I asked why they told me that no one was here to help with paperwork. I told them that "I am here and I don't see her" and was the exact time of the appointment but didn't see the van. I was literally still in their parking lot on the phone with them. It wasn't even time for mom's appointment but they sent her back after me literally telling the office staff yesterday that I would be there with paperwork that they emailed me in hand (and I was at appointment time). Not one of my family members will darken their doors again. We love Dr. Narayan and Mark but their office staff doesn't have a clue.
