Heart Health Center

We used to love doctor Al Tia now when we call the number, it has been disconnected yet. No one has bothered to call us and let us know what is going on. The lack of professionalism at the heart health center is repulsive!!!!

From the first visit to the last visit there completely remarkable. The atmosphere there is very calm and quiet.The staff there very friendly. Everything they done was explained with confidences.i was never in the dark about anything..Dr Al-Taie,informed me on all tests that needed to be done and why.He didn't order test I didn't need and told me so. Totally 120%.... satisfied..

Dr. Heaton can't be bothered to take 10 seconds to sign a paper. Don't expect him to put any effort into your care.

Don't answer phones. Wait time is terrible. Don't care how long they make you wait. Every visit since Dr Baron took over has been over an hour wait time. Never can find my test results and wants them done again.

If I could give a zero I would! Few months ago, I left numerous messages with Dr's nurse, receptionists, sent message to Dr even but never got a call back regarding my tests on a heart anyerism that had grown. Had to go in demanding answers. Dr seemed bewildered when I told him how many messages I had left with no return calls. He was furious and asked me to file a complaint at front desk leaving. Well the lady at front desk was already aware of the situation cause she overheard me going off on another receptionist, I was polite but they knew I was PISSED. Long story short, talked to her about complaint and she told me that she would type up a letter and send to office manager. About a month later I was to have another anyerism checked, that had already TWICE been rescheduled, they canceled on it a third time so I asked to speak with the office manager. I asked her about my complaint and she was completely unaware, or so she said.. She said ot was unacceptable, and she realized urgency to have this test done so they sent referral NAMC EAST. Had the scan done and received my results via online chart. 1st of all it said there was no anyerism. Never heard of a 4.3mm anyerism disappearing! So I'm sure test wasn't done properly. I got those results AUGUST 9TH (today is Aug 30th) and have waited to hear from Dr's office about it, but nothing. I've had this anyerism checked for last 4 yrs and it's so far stayed at 4.3mm. I have left messages again that don't get returned and RIGHT NOW as I'm writing this review I have been on hold for 49 minutes! The phone rang for 2.5 mins before someone picked up n said please hold, and click they were gone. I'm about to drive down there and go off of this incompetent staff. Truely PATHETIC! I WILL BE FINDING A NEW HEART DR AND FACILITY. Aaron Jones
