All the employees and staff are Great! They are very polite and professional and care about their patients. They are very thorough when discussing and/or explaining your health issues and in a way that you can understand everything they tell you. They don't try to rush you out and they actually listen to their patients and their concerns. I've been a patient at all 3 locations and all the personnel are pleasant and always smiling!!
Very positive experience. Keston was very thorough and knowledgeable in his explanation of what my symptoms might mean, and what steps we would be taking to get to a definitive diagnosis, and even what treatments we might consider depending on that diagnosis. He was very friendly, and answered all my questions with great patience. Highly recommend.
Just moved here from NY. I met with Dr. Trammell. He was extremely thorough. We spent time talk about bicycling, Where is he running again? walking, and other exercise that I need in my life. I am happy with this group. Right down to the front desk. Everyone was kind and polite
I love Dr. Keston. He comes into your room with a smile and a greeting. Asks how you are and if any issues you might have. Makes small talk and makes you comfortable. He goes over your chart, asks questions and then listens to your heart, lungs and checks your ankles. He takes time with you which is most appreciated.
Love the friendly atmosphere,Everyone is so nice.Dr Faye is so nice and has wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommend Keston Trammell the nurse practitioner too. He really listen to us,took up a lot time with us.
