I was treated from day one with the utmost respect from Dr. Atkinson(Radiation Oncologist), Rob, and Eric. The ladies in the radiation department went over and above their tasks. I was not treated like I had cancer but as a real person who is fighting this. I give the radiation department in the Cancer Center at Southeast Health 5 stars.

We were well pleased with my husband's overall experience at the cancer center. His main radition care team were Traci and Rob. They were so caring and kind. They made his bad feeling days so much better. We cannot say enough about Dr. Adkison. We felt blessed for my husband to be under his care. Everyone there made the experience so much better.

I had a surgery at SE Health in Dothan and the staff were wonderful. They treated me with dignity and made sure I was completely comfortable from beginning to end. They kept my family members well informed. The facility was immaculate. Thank you Dr. Wier, Jenifer, RN and Kimberly RN. Also the two anesthesiologists Dr. Evenhuis and I forget his assistants name (I am sorry) but I remember you saying yo! It made me smile.They were all very good to me also. No issues or sickness coming to.

Fairview Clinic receptionist Cheryl is so polite, knowledgeable, clear in explaining each thing needed for updating my records with their new system. Then Cheryl went above and beyond in contacting my nurse practitioner to make sure the lab orders were correct that were needed to evaluate the status of my iron deficiency anemia. Cheryl was very clear asking me to wait right there until she got a response. She spent at least 30 minutes of back and forth texts with my nurse practitioner until she got it straightened out. Then Krystal Whaley was so polite, pleasant, professional, and excellent in her job as phlebotomist. She took me back quickly as she knew I had an extended stay in the lab, when it was determined that an additional lab test and blood draw was needed. Perfect draw both times. Cheryl and Krystal show that they love their jobs by the the way they treat your clients. With the change in the clinic ownership, it would be helpful to post a sign that says labs are now done in the Fairview clinic, no longer in the reference lab downstairs.

This is the best team of nurses and physicians I have been associated with and I have been a nurse for years myself. Sadie is the best nurse and is always smiling and making the patients feel loved and making them smile and laugh even though they are going through a tough time. Brandy is an excellent nurse and is always responsive to messages through the portal in a very timely manner. Dr. Valasareddi is a superb oncologist and has the best bedside manner. She is very easy to talk to and ask questions and is never in a hurry and will explain things so patients can understand. I love this whole team and am so glad they are taking care of my mom during this cancer journey. They are superb!!
