Southeast Cardiology Clinic

I was seen by Jeff Cook, Nurse Practitioner, and as always he listens to me and answers any concerns or questions that I might have. He makes me feel like he cares about what's going on with my medication and with me heath wise!! He's very courteous and I leave your office feeling and knowing that I was very well taken care of!! In fact all of the staff from the checking in to checking out are so nice and helpful and do their jobs very professional!!

I had an appointment at 315pm. Called back to where I had an EKG. The girl who did it was VERY rude when I was trying to get my shirt on properly, she stated that she didn't know what I was doing but I had to hurry and do better because I was their next to the last patient that day. The waiting room had quite a few patients (all signed in AFTER me). After sitting in a room, a girl came and told me that they hadn't forgotten me, they had a "hiccup with the schedule. I then sat there again alone in a room for a lengthy time and I didnt get to see the actual Cardiologist but his Assistant. I had LOTS of work ups done and I sat there that long to tell me everything was normal. I called a few weeks earlier and asked them to give me results over phone if there were no issues but they wouldn't. By the time I was FINALLY done, the waiting room was empty, all of the front lights were turned off and there was only a receptionist left. That entire experience added to my Extreme Anxiety and other issues and I had to drive back home (60 miles) in a HIGHLY agitated and anxiety state. I did tell th R girl assisting the drs Assistant wh a t the girl said to me and that I couldn't even get completely dressed before she sent me out of the room. IThere was a young man in the room where I had my EKG and after she continued to unbutton my blouse, my entire chest was exposed with him (who is OBVIOUSLY not a medical professional) there to see it and that made me VERY uncomfortable. I hope others have a better experience than I did!

I am a new patient and I was able to get an appointment within a few days of calling. Rhonda was very nice and got me set up. My appointment was very good, everyone there were very nice and courteous and I liked the fact that I actually got to see Dr Gwinn himself. He was very thorough and listened to what I had to say. I really like his bedside manner and I will be seeing him again. They came highly recommended.

It is always a pleasure visiting Southeast Cardiology. Not only do I get to visit my favorite physician in Dothan, the staff are amazingly friendly and courteous. I rarely wait beyond 30 minutes of my appointment beforee I am called back. Did I say that I love Dr. Gwinn, he is sassy, and I sure do love him and appreciate him!

I am VERY happy to have found such a great team to help me get my heart to WORK BETTER! Everyone we saw at the clinic was professional AND friendly, and my husband and I are both delighted to be part of your patient group now. We live in Eufaula, but we don't mind the drive...I am especially impressed by the fact that we can be monitored by your pros even when we are miles away! Thank you, and we'll see you all again soon.
