Very friendly and very professional Dr Khalil had an emergency in the emergency room,his nurse was kind enough to come into my room to let me know if I would like to wait or reschedule. I decided to wait for him. It was about 30 minutes and Dr. Khalil came in apologizing Glad I waited.Most offices wouldn't even let you know.
Dad had truck accident in November of 2024 and Dr Khalil was consulting Doctor. My Dad is hard of hearing and Dr's dialect was difficult to understand. Dad was trying to talk to him about where his pain was located and Dr Khalil sharply replied "I can't understand you" very rude. Today Dr Khalil was assigned to do his heart Cath. I explained to him that dad was hard of hearing so he started yelling instead of just speaking a little louder. After he explained he saw no blocked arteries both my wife and myself tried asking him a question. He responded with "wasn't we listening when he explained it" my wife asked a question about the diuretic and his reply was so condescending. To my question similar response. He treated us like we were asking stupid questions. Scored two because he did a pod job with Dads heart Cath but his bedside manner was so terrible I couldn't score any higher. Doctors should remember to treat patients and their family's with some respect. All we saw was his arrogance.
His nurse is awesome she is the most patient understanding and she will explain anything to you.. the doctor is great he's doing everything explaining everything about what was going on he was the first one to actually give this answers and we love it
Great interaction with Dr. Khalil. He was on top of all my needs gave suggestions and referrals and submitted them on the same day. I received my referrals calls on Wednesday so I'm very happy with what is being done as of now. Thank you so much for all your help.
If it wasn't for Dr. Khalil and his team my Mother would not be with us today. Thank you Lord for placing these experienced, educated individuals in the right place at the right time!
