Well, do I have to say anything more then HE SAVED MY LIFE? From the first time I went there I was treated well and with the utmost respect. He sent me to UAB for my operation but followed every step to insure success. He is definately the best!
I experienced a very professional environment, from the facility to the employees. Friendly and efficient. My PA and Dr. were extremely attentive and genuinely concerned with my issues. Dr. Rao and his staff were amazing. From the moment I came in them doors to the moment I left, they made sure I was comfortable and treated me with lots of respect and was very friendly. Waiting time was less than 5 minutes, at least the day was hat I was there . Office was very clean and pretty. Dr. Rao was down to earth and made me feel like he cared. He took his time to answer all my questions, he was gentle and was funny too. When his nurse gave me my heart monitor she took her time to answer all my questions about the monitor. Kimberly is very friendly and funny too. I loved my visit with them and am looking forward to seeing them again on my next visit.
This is the most welcoming, friendly atmosphere of any doctor's office I've ever been in. Office staff are wonderful; nurses always helpful and friendly. Dr. Rao is the best and has always made me feel important and one he desires to care for. I'm thankful for the day I was referred to him.
Dr. Peter Rao is an amazing Cardiologist who I 100% highly recommend for all your cardiology needs. Not only is he extremely skilled in the O.R./Cath Lab, he is just as wonderful in his office appointments with you. In all my visits he has never made me feel rushed nor has he ever been in a rush with me himself. He's always very attentive and actually listens to you with your concerns/questions, and he explains everything where you can understand it. To top it off, his staff from the front at check in to the back, are very polite and professional.
