The new Cardiologist DR Singireddy has the most phenomenal bedside manner I have ever encountered. He explains things in a way that you understand, it's obvious he actually cares about his patients. The Heart Center group has gained a tremendous value in bringing this Physician on board.

Very unprofessional people behind the desk whoever took my weight was unprofessional and she lied like I was moving to another room because the one she put me in didn't have lights they had me sitting in the dark for 30 minutes Dr Denny was suppose to be my doctor I paid my co pay and was sent to a dark room without seeing him because I left due to abandonment. Seeking a real professional heart doctor outside of Decatur al. Someone who has a professional staff who doesn't leave their patient abandoned and in the dark. The room they put you in and they expect your insurance to pay for it that's hwy robbery. I see no response to the truth I just told but I see all the other reviews someone responding but if you tell the truth about your experience you gets no response.

I had a wonderful experience with all the nurse's and all the different Heart doctors. They really care about their patients and will do anything within their human abilities to set your mind at ease. I would have rated them 5 stars BUT the 2 younger receptionist(both wears eye glasses) were rude and laughing out loud about other patients results on their hearts. It really offended me. But other than the 2 ladies in front that just do the appointments it's scoring 110 by me.

Amazing staff. Amazing doctors. They will go the extra mile to make sure you're heard and taken care of. Every appointment, call - has been wonderful.

Horrible experience with the schedulers and trying to re-authorize my insurance for a procedure. Asking my PCP to send me anywhere else but here. Colista on the other hand is great.
