He graduated from medical school at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and conducted his internship and residency at North Carolina Baptist Hospital. Dr. Lee then went on to complete his fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science. With over 28 years of experience, he has more expertise in adult congenital heart conditions compared to other specialists in our area.

Hospital staff was great, cardiologist, Dr Lee was not. He didn't address any of my concerns and barely gave me room to speak. I didn't have the minute details so... He couldn't help me. I was born with my condition, it isn't a symptom of me being overweight. He didn't take me seriously :| I would pick a different cardiologist if I were you.
My husband had an appointment today with Dr James Lee. We both felt railroaded with him saying to only eat fresh ( not frozen) vegetables and fruits, a very small amount of meat 3 oz. also to limit the water he drinks. We are on a limited budget and retired. My hubby was referred to him because of the valve in heart was sticking (pig valve).He has a congestive heart. Dr Lee did not listen to his heart . I asked what else to do he said to go to the emergency room if not better. His analogy was condescending. We are looking for another opinion. I gave this one star only to able to post.
Gave me no answers and lied about not receiving monitor results.
Worst staff and doctor I've ever come in contact with. Huge liar when it comes to telling people they need to take off work until tests are ran. Has made my husband and my life hell. We are in so much debt due to the lies etc that the staff has done. Don't go here unless you want trouble. Period.
I am a truck driver and they showed me so much respect. Everyone was courteous and explained everything that I would endure. I would recommend this hospital and their clinics to anyone that's needs to see a doctor or for an emergency. Dr. Lee is the best along with anyone that interacted with me from the patient care assistant to the nurses to the doctors to food service to the sweet young lady that cleaned my room. I have nothing bad to say about anyone that works at the hospital or clinic....
