Elaine, Dr. MacLean 's nurse called me personally to give me my lab work results I was so thankful as I don't understand what is good and what is bad on lab values. I thanked her so much. She and Dr. Mac are superb. Where else can you get that kind of service.?They make you feel like you are more than a number to them.
Dr Maclean is a wonderful cardiologist. After greeting you,the usual tests are done, EKG, etc and then he orders other tests that he thinks are needed. He is easy to talk to and understands how other problems, such as anxiety, can effect your heart. He will refer you to another doctor if he feels it's necessary. He has a large practice but seems to remember his patients and their particular issues. His nurse, Elaine, is very efficient and friendly, and gets the patients ready by performing an EKG and updating information, as needed. His receptionist, Debbie, is also helpful and friendly and keeps her ducks in a row. The office is always clean.
Doctor MacLean is a fantastic doctor! He listens to you and truly cares about his patients well being. He has a demeanor about him that instills confidence in the patient that whatever the issue, Dr. MacLean will fix it.
Very kind and courteous staff members, starting with front desk and including the doctor and nurse. Everyone was very focused on taking care of me in the most professional and friendly manner.
This was the best Dr. Office ever. The staff was extra friendly. They were professional. From the time you entered the office the atmosphere was like no other. Then Dr. MacLean bed side manner can't be matched. Thank God for this staff.
