Doctors spent only about 10 minutes after testing was completed. No explanation of tests results. Each doctor said he would not be doing surgery on my husband at this time. Changed 1 medication & that was it. Didn't like it when I asked what his ejection fraction was. Totally disappointed. Said they will do a video appt in a month. What good will that do? Wasted time & money going over there. Will not go back.
What is the point of a video appointment, when the patient has heart failure? This seems like a place where patients are pushed to the side.
