The experience was amazing! The first interaction was the very kind, sweet lady at the front desk. She was smiling and very friendly. This was my first time meeting Dr.Pflederer. He was very nice. He explained everything thoroughly and addressed my concerns. He listed well and told me what each option entailed and gave his recommendation according to my history and test results. He walked me to the front desk to assure I got the information needed. He was very nice to his staff. It was obvious the staff really likes and respect him.
