This practice is great! I'm a complex case & they help me in all areas. They treat me in office & help me by giving me referrals for other areas of expertise. They always answer my posts on the portal & phone calls to the nurse. I have several dr offices who NEVER return calls or portal messages. The drs I see are Dr. Grambling & Dr. Robbins. They are very thorough & compassionate. The same goes for the nurses! I'm so glad I found them. Give them a try!!

I would put 0 stars if it was applicable. Not the greatest choice for a primary care provider for women of color. Unfortunately, I was not listened to when voicing my concerns about my alarming symptoms to a new medication and was not taken serious at all. The ladies at the front desk are also rude.

James Gramling has been a great PCP. Anything I need I can always ask through the patient portal. The staff has always been kind and attentive. They usually get me in and out of my appointments within an hour. I have been very pleased with the care I get here.

The office staff there is horrible. I've been going there for about a year. Every time I've been there the office personnel are always rude and dismissive, as if every day is the worst day of their lives. Not what you want at a medical office. However, Kaci has always been good to me and taken care of me, so I disregard the office staff because I shouldn't have much interaction with them. Until yesterday..... I signed in at 2:01 my appointment was at 2:00 ( my lunch break) when I signed in the lady at the first window said she needed my ID and insurance card. I had my ID but as we all know it's a new year so I didn't have my new card with me. I told the lady I didn't have it but it is in my chart. She said it wasn't in there anymore, that nothing was in my chart at all. She said she HAD to have it. I sat down and tried to look up my card online, I couldn't find it. A lady at the second window yelled, " If you don't have it by 2:15 you're getting rescheduled." I told her I wasn't going to reschedule I was getting my information. I asked the lady at the first desk if I have my card information from my insurance company could they put it in, she kept looking and talking to the lady at the second window... and said yes. During my time on the phone another patient signed in, she asked for his ID and insurance card. He told her he didn't have it, and couldn't get it... she was saying something to the woman at the second window, and told this patient it was fine and he could have a seat. I was on the phone getting my insurance information and the nurse had been coming back and forth up there but this time she stayed up there I was giving the lady at the first window my insurance information and then told me they couldn't take my insurance information written down at the same time the nurse decided she wanted to add to this nonsense. She told me she was rescheduling my appointment because it was 2:23 she kept saying that over and over, that she had to keep her provider on a schedule. She wanted to argue and went back and forth with me about it being 2:23 and she had to keep her provider on schedule. I told her it's not my fault it's 2:23 I signed in at 2:01 they somehow do not have my insurance in my chart. This is a nurse, keep in mind, arguing with me, denying me care for their error, in front of the entire office of patients and employees. I have never in my entire life been treated the way this office and the nurse especially treated me. So much to the fact I just walked out. I will never ever go to this office again. I will never believe how any medical professional in any capacity could act like this. I hate it because this one office still represents the Grandview name. It's an absolute shame one horrible office put shame on the Grandview Hospitals name.
