Grandview Medical Center

Grandview is an excellent hospital! I got there before 6 AM & realized as I walked in that I did not have my wallet! I worried all the way to the admissions desk & told the lady I had no insurance card or drivers license. She said no problem - we will take care of you! And they did. The doctors & personnel at Grandview are very kind & caring & are consummate professionals. My procedure went well & I am very pleased. The only complaint I have is the long wait. I was in the waiting room over 2 hours before being taken back. I was in the preparation room another 2 hours before going back to surgery. We got up at 3 AM, got to Grandview at 5:40 AM for my 6 AM appointment. Then, I waited over 4 hours before going to surgery. If they know you will be scheduled after a number of others, why do they want patients there so early to have an agonizing 4 hour wait??

I recently had the pleasure of using the medical services at Grandview Healthcare, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The receptionist was efficient and got me checked in quickly. The doctor I saw was knowledgeable, thorough, and listened attentively to my concerns. They took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. The nurse who assisted during my exam was gentle and made me feel at ease. The facility itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. I felt comfortable and safe throughout my entire visit. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Grandview Healthcare and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of quality medical care.

My experience was amazing!! I was a little tensed about the procedure I was having done but the entire staff I encountered was so PLEASANT!! They made me feel at ease and treated me so good!! Mrs. Dona was the most memorable because her bubbly personality and because she was able to get a IV started her first stick. Normally they stick me multiple of times but not her. They have followed up since procedure and still had a pleasant attitude. Thank you to the staff of Grandview Medical Center who cared for me

On December 8th I became a grandmother at Grandview and I must say it was a GRAND day!! Sarah our nurse went above and beyond. I highly recommend Dr.Heaton and can't express my gratitude enough for the awesome care we have received this far.

Everything was great before and after my out patient surgery. The building was very clean, the staff was so nice from the time I got there to the time we left. The only issue for me I didn't get a call after my surgery at home later that day or the next day to see if I was okay. But other than that it was really good.
