I arrived early, they took me early. Dr. Benn explained his suggestions for my condition carefully and thoroughly with drawings. He offered alternatives and explained the expected outcomes of each. He answered most of the questions I had before I even asked them, and for others I did ask he gave clear and comprehensive answers. Very professional.
I was scheduled for an appnt at 2PM 12/4/20225 at his office, but I taken to Grandview ER & Dr Benn came to me! I was very thankful for his care in addition to all in ER. My follow up office visit helped me feel comfortable about the issues with my heart.
