My doctors office made an appointment with your office for this Thursday. Because I had not received a phone call reminder i called to check on my appointment. The Lady I spoke with (Kim) was very rude. On my phone all my calls that are not in my contact list are recorded. I called back to speak to the office manager Ellen would not even take my call without me telling another lady what I wanted. Latter they called me back and Ellen was on the phone I asked to speak with an office manager after answering her questions she got Brian on the phone. I explained the poor service I received and why I wanted to cancel my appointment. " I do not need the very people that are to help me with my heart being unhelpful and stressful." Brian said how sorry he was and asked me if I would change my mind to keep the appointment but if that is how the office people treat you than what type of bedside manner should one expect from your medical staff. No Way!
