My appointment was at the Pell City location and finding it was a nightmare. I called the phone number from Google which is a satellite call center and they were no help until the 3rd time that I called. This rep actually helped and I got there finally. The lady that checks you in and out at the window really needs to be retrained as to how to greet patients and needs better communication skills. The nurse was just wonderful. Sweet girl and made me feel comfortable and was very informative. The EKG equipment was malfunctioning but she handled it professionally. When Dr. Aldana came in she showed him my EKG because it wouldn't print. Now Dr. Aldana is the best heart Dr. In the world in my opinion. He was my Dr. Before I moved away. I had two heart Dr's in Anniston one was just rude and had the beside manner of a badger. The second one was just plain crazy. Put stents in my left leg with me wide awake and when he was doing my right leg again with me wide awake walked out of the surgery because I kept screaming out in pain. I fired him. Dr. Aldana was very informative and very caring. He discussed everything with me and changed up my medicine and ordered some tests. I'm excited about him getting me back to better health as he has before. I wish I could give him 10 stars cause he deserves them.
One of my favorite doctors. Dr. Aldana always goes over the basics and then asks me if I have any concerns or questions - and that's where the healing begins. He's easy to talk to and always very professional and confident in his ability to address my concerns.

Dr Aldana always takes his time answering any questions. He makes sure you are not forgetting to mention anything by asking questions himself. Very knowledgeable and this puts any fears I may have at ease. His nurse is also very personable.
